RYAN, Circuit Judge. The defendants James E. Layne and Cindy Carol Kilgore appeal a verdict for the plaintiffs, Certain Interested Underwriters at Lloyd's of London, England, in a diversity action for a declaratory judgment seeking to deny coverage under an insurance policy. We must decide whether the district court properly exercised jurisdiction over this case. We conclude that the underwriters are the real parties in interest and that their British citizenship established the requisite diversity. Therefore, we affirm.
